Westmond Logistics are a global, multi modal freight forwarder based in Bangor. With the help of our incredible team we have increased our market share within Northern Ireland and GB year on year and are looking forward to our 5th year with the same enthusiasm.

At Westmond you will quickly see that whilst we all have our own part to play, we are all very much one team. We pride ourselves in our support and encouragement of each other and this culture is the back bone of our business and our customer service ethos.

We always promote from within and although we have Managers, we have a very horizontal management style. Everyone here at Westmond has their say, can have their ideas taken on board and encouraged to grow personally and professionally.

Everyone at Westmond works exceptionally hard and puts a great deal of effort to achieve what we do and in turn each member of the team is rewarded and no effort goes unnoticed.

Westmond are great believers in supporting local and we sponsor Bangor Rugby, use local services where we can and encourage local employment.

Who we are

Who are Westmond Logistics?

Westmond Logistics was founded by Colm West and Melanie West in 2017 and are based locally in Bangor, County Down. We are global multi modal freight specialists operating out of Northern Ireland which is a real hot spot for Logistics at the moment.

The Westmond Team believes in creating personal solutions for our clients, removing the big company problems of long hold times, and a lack of customer support. We wanted our business to represent the unique approach we value, being personal.

Our founders have over 30 years combined experience in all modes of logistics across the UK and the growing team has added real value to our customers and grown our supplier base exponentially.

We are hopeful that our apprentices will be able to jump straight in and bring their eagerness to learn and enthusiasm to Westmond and enhance our existing teams.
