Who we are

DMS Ireland is an established CIPD Centre working with candidates on their CIPD Qualifications from all over the UK, Ireland and on an International basis. DMS is a blended learning centre offering an alternative to the college/university options available.

Lynn Carson, Managing Director of DMS Ireland is a highly experienced HR Professional and established DMS Ireland in 1999. Lyndsey Smyth is our Business Development Manager and the delivery of qualifications is also supported with experienced HR and L&D Associate consultants from all over the UK and Ireland.

What we do

As a CIPD blended learning centre, DMS Ireland is a CIPD approved centre providing professional qualifications in Human Resources and Learning & Development. The qualifications available are:

  • Foundation Certificate in People Practice

  • Associate Diploma in People Management

  • Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development

  • Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management

  • Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning & Development

Successful DMS Candidates have the opportunity to attend the graduation ball every 2 years to celebrate success. DMS candidates have also been successful at the national People Management Awards, Northern Ireland Awards and Ireland CIPD Awards.
