HEAR from the EMPLOYEES...

How has your apprenticeship helped you to fast track your career?
By completing an apprenticeship, I’ve been able to gain a valuable insight into working life and all the experience that comes with it whilst also achieving the qualifications I need to pave the way for my career.
This way, I feel like I’m a few years ahead of where I would have been if I had gone down the more conventional route.

Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
My aim is to play a key management role within my design team and continue to build my existing Client relationships and network, whilst developing new connections for future projects.

What is your career and/or personal highlight achieved at TB+A to date?
Graduating University with a first class honours degree! When I was at school, I didn’t think I was particularly academic or that I would ever go to University. So, this has been a huge achievement for me and something I’m extremely proud of.
