This well-known 4-star hotel in the Fermanagh Lakelands has been owned by the Watson Family since 1976. This established hotel is a notable business with a reputation for excellence in customer service and, while there is a strong seasonal emphasis due to our location, the hotel is open all year round providing a solid function and dining business to our local community. The hotel comprises of 71 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 20 self-catering lodges (14 Lakeside & 6 Woodland with private hot-tubs), and 12 Self-contained Lakeside Studios, a private members Health Club, Elemis Spa with relaxation zone, surrounded by spacious, professionally maintained grounds with lake frontage and unique scenic views. A secure children’s outdoor play area and we are affiliated to the Padel Federation of Ireland with our Padel Tennis court.
Our food outlets include Kove, a 100-seater a la carte restaurant, our 150-seater Lakeside Grill Bar and Lounge serving carvery lunch, snack menu and evening grill bar menu and 30-seater Konservatory serving afternoon teas. Our Boathouse Bar offers an extensive range of quality alcoholic beverages, cocktails and wines.
Our 3 function rooms cater for private dinners, banquets and events ranging from 80 to 400. Our Sunday Carvery caters from 150 to 400 on speciality occasions such as Mother’s Day and our famous Santa Sundays.
Our 3 kitchens were designed in collaboration with Stephens Catering and offer excellent top of the range equipment and the premises hold a “5” Scores on the Doors Elite Food Hygiene Rating with EHO.

Who we are
We are a four star hotel recognised by AA, Tourism NI. We are part of Taste of Ulster and enjoy cooking with local produce. We hold a a rating of 5 with Scores on the Doors. We are an Investor in People company since 1999 and continue to work towards retaining the award. We are recycling cooking oil, cardboard, furniture and minimising waste to maintain Zero Landfill. We have invested in Solar Power and regularly review usage of fuels in general. We investigate and move forward with IT systems as appropriate to make life easier for the users.
What we do
We offer 4 star hospitality and accommodation to a range of people who visit the Killyhevlin for differing reasons. We want them all to leave with a great impression and to have created memories of a special time. Most of all we go out of our way to make sure all of our guests become regular guests and friends. We win awards for our premises, our service, our standards and most importantly our staff. We recognise hard work, loyalty and achievements.
