We were established in 2019 while our team have over 15 years experience within the Civil Construction industry, working on projects including private and commercial developments.

We complete all aspects of groundworks (Including concrete laying, kerbing, drainage, fencing, foundations, etc), landscaping, plant/machinery operations and specialise in the installation of imprint concrete. Imprint concrete is the most modern & innovative method of providing a low maintenance surface for your driveway, patio or footpath area.

We also complete general concrete works for private and commercial properties.

Within M.O.D.Con Building and Civil Engineering Ltd we complete a wide range of different construction activities, which means our employees learn lots of different skills and are not doing the same activities day in, day out.

As a company we will put our employee's through any required training necessary to complete our works.
