HEAR from the employer...

Cubis is a great place to learn and has given me the opportunity to develop to supervisory level within production.

Team Leader

I particularly enjoy the team focused environment at Cubis. I’ve benefited greatly from the job security Cubis has provided me with and I know I can rely on the strong support network.

Factory Operative

The pension scheme at Cubis is really good and I’ve been able to use the health plan cover a lot over the year. On a personal level I get on great with the people I work with, I enjoy working for a well-run local company and I get a real sense of achievement out of training and developing others.

Factory Operative

Having joined Cubis over three years ago fresh from University and with little experience, I’ve seen my role within the business grow and develop year on year, enabling me to get involved in a diverse range of projects that add real value to the business. Working at Cubis Systems has provided me with clear direction in my role, a fantastic support network, great long-term career prospects and allowed me to make a real impact on the business.

My role at Cubis is very challenging and varies from day to day. I enjoy working with our customers and fulfilling their requirements. I am able to use my skills and knowledge as well as push myself in areas that I am unsure of.

Sales Administrator

I have really enjoyed working at Cubis. I have learnt a great amount within a professional, well organised and friendly atmosphere.

Finance Administrator

Each day I work on tasks supporting various parts of the business, which poses new and exciting challenges and offers me the chance to learn new skills and push myself further within the business.

A bit MORE about us...

Who we are

Cubis was established in 2009 following a merger by the three international leaders in the access chamber and cover industry. In 2015, Cubis began a further phase of growth and expansion with the acquisition of Australian access chamber manufacturer, BVCI Pty Ltd and then in 2017 through the UK acquisition of MCL Ltd. Today, Cubis exports to over 29 countries worldwide from operations in seven manufacturing sites in the UK, Ireland and Australia.

What we do

Cubis products deliver high-quality modern solutions that replace conventional construction materials like bricks and concrete. Our strong, lightweight composite products incorporate intelligent design features and can be installed much faster than traditional methods, saving customers time and money.

Cubis products are installed in telecommunications networks, alongside railways and motorways, on waste water treatment works and in power stations and more. As a result of long standing relationships with large-scale international industry players such as Openreach, Network Rail and Virgin Media, there are probably several Cubis products installed within yards of your front door.
