Job Description
Prepare and cook meat, poultry, fish and vegetable dishes, ensuring HACCP regulations adhered to.
Ensure service counter is prepped and ready for service
Providing the highest level of customer service
Work as part of the team to ensure the service is delivered on time and to the highest possible standard
Complete any administration which would sit within remit including recording of food temperatures, updating cleaning schedules and any other HACCP documentation.
Report defective equipment/ utensils/ work and floor surfaces etc. to the Line Manager
Ensure all food is labelled correctly
Carry out cleaning duties as required by Unit Manager
